松香廠在進行松香生產的過程中, 基本上都是要排放大量的中層脂液,且中層脂液的排放量一般占到松脂原料的總量的4.0%左右,在這些中層脂液中,松香含量占35%,松節油占30%, 雜質占15%, 水占20%; 如果一個松香廠年產松脂2000噸,那么在它排放的中層脂液中,松香就有2000x4.0%x35%=28噸,這些松香99%都只能提煉成黑香出售,由于黑香最多只能賣正品一級香60%的價錢,若按每噸正品一級香15000元/噸計,那么黑香只能9000元,也就是說每噸差價達6000元,若能把這些黑香全部變成一級香,那么,28噸香可增加價值:28 x 6000元=168000元。
更可怕的還在后面:在這些中層脂液中,松節油占30%,我可以負責任的說,90%以上的松香企業都未算過這筆賬。由于在中層脂液排放過程中,一般溫度都在80~90℃,加上中層脂液回收池都是露天設計,特別是在炎熱的夏天,排放到廢渣池中的中層脂液,其松節油90%以上都揮發跑掉了,剩下的僅有不到10%重油和松香部份。如果按每年生產2000噸松脂計,你知道在廢渣池中跑掉多少松節油嗎?中層脂液占原料4.0%, 松節油在中層脂液中占30%, 那么跑掉的松節油就是:2000噸 x 4.0% x 30%=24噸! 也就是說一年生產2000噸松脂原料,在不起眼的廢渣池里,每年跑掉的松節油就有24噸之多,松節油的價格按16000元/噸計,每年在廢渣池中損失的人民幣就是24 x 16000元/噸=384000元,如果年產松脂3000噸、4000噸,就更是不得了!當你看到這些數字的時候,不知道松香企業的老板信會有何感想!
岑溪市桂海機械廠經過多年的潛心研究與實踐,現已開發出最新一代中層脂液回收技術:“中層脂液壓濾機”(提示:本壓濾機的濾板結構、壓濾系統是經過精心設計的,它與市面上的一般壓濾機有著本質的區別,且已申請并獲得國家專利,仿冒者必究!)該回收技以術的主要內容概括起來就三個字:“快”、“精”、“回”。所謂快,也就是在中層脂液剛剛排放出來的是時候,脂液尚未變質,松節油尚未揮發的時候,立即把中層脂液收集到一個密閉的收集罐內,再通過精心設計的液壓,過濾設備,經過200目濾布的高壓過濾,把中層脂的雜質、松香松松節油(脂液)和水進行分離。“回”也就是把已分離出雜質和水的純凈脂液重新循環到松香生產系統中(不會對松香質量產生影響)。就樣,黑香沒有了,松節油也跑不了,廢渣池,廢水干凈了,回收率提高了(平均可提高2%左右)。效益出來了,環境也大大改善了。那些對廢水排放,環保要求高的企業家特別適用。
回收技術已先后在廣東、廣西、湖南,江西,四川(chuan)等地安(an)裝了二十多套設備并投入(ru)使用,效益顯著!

During the gum rosin producing, there will be a large quantity of residue be discharged, and generally speaking, such residue will account for 4.0% of the total crude gum material, among them, the content of gum rosin is around 35%, turpentine oil is 30%, impurity 15% and the rest 20% of water. If a gum rosin factory consumed 2000 MTS of crude gum in a year, then the residue that be discharged will include gum rosin 2000 x 4.0% x35%=28 MTS, 99% of this gum rosin will be made into black gum rosin, and the highest price for black gum rosin is no more than 60% of the normal one, if all this black gum rosin can be turned into normal gum rosin, a great money will be saved.
What even more beyond expectation is, there are around 30% of turpentine oil was included in these residue, that means there are around 2000 x 4.0% x 30% MTS of turpentine oil was escaped with the residue! If a gum rosin factory consumes 2000 MTS crude gum in a year, there are 24 MTS of the turpentine oil was lost, if yearly consumption is 3000MTS, 4000MTS or larger, that is really a quite large number.
After years research and practice, our factory has developed the newest generation of residue recovery technology, that is “residue pressure filter” (Remark: this pressure filter is essential difference from the other ones and has obtained the national patent, counterfeit will be sued!)
The main working principle of this residue pressure filter is that when the residue was discharged then collects them into an airtight collecting tank immediately before metamorphic and turpentine oil has not volatilized, then through the well-designed hydraumatic, filter plant, after the high voltage filtering by the filter cloth which is 200-mesh sieve, and the impurity, turpentine oil, gum rosin and water was separated, then the separated gum rosin and turpentine oil was once again be put into the gum rosin production system. Then, there will be not any black gum rosin, turpentine oil also be kept, and the residue, waste water was also been cleaned, the recovery rate was increased. (the average increased recovery rate is 2%). And the environment was also greatly improved.
This recovery equipment has been installed and used in many factories of Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Jiangxi, Sichuan etc., totally more than 20 sets.
